Unfortunately I have had nothing but problems trying to return an unopened parcel which I tried to cancel the same day. I have sent endless emails to Emma, who have assured me they have passed on to B and A quilting to organise a return. In fact a pick up was organised via UPS with the wrong address so I contacted UPS but couldn’t do anything as Emma needed to sort this. You do get a quick response indicating they will sort immediately but nothing. It’s been nearly 20 days trying to sort this very disappointed and no refund. The unopened item is sitting here ready to be collected.

B&A are a distributor for EMMA Mattresses. When UPS and EMMA were giving me the runaround for a missing Mattress the lady (Didn't catch the name unfortunately)I spoke to was extremely helpful and dealt with the issue for me
