We've bought our meat from here a few time recently. The standard is away high, and staff friendly, helpful & knowledgeable.
The meat is either farmed here or locally sourced. It is a wee bit more, but my word, it's worth every penny.
It's brilliant to support local farmers, but the quality speaks volumes.
Our Christmas roast; pork loin, wrapped in sausage stuffing, rapped in turkey breast and coated with bacon was the best we have ever had. Not dry, so tasty, and loads of it!
Can't recommend enough!

Excellent quality produce and a huge amount of knowledge. Sausages are fabulous and they always have interesting flavours. We get our rib eye steaks there which are so flavourful and tender. They also sell half and full lambs which are excellent value for money. All in all, the best butchers in the area.

Took my first visit to Baa Hill Farm Shop today and I will be back. Such friendly and knowledgeable people. I love supporting local businesses and usually find that you are rewarded with exceptional quality, that is certainly the case here, we have just had enormous rump steaks for tea which were absolutely divine, juicy and tender. Excited to try the rest of our purchases over the week, thank you, we will most definitely be back.

We went up yesterday for the first time and met Marie and Joe, they were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The sausage rolls are to die for and their bacon and sausage are the best we have ever tasted. We will be ordering again on Friday, thank you for your time and we are so glad we have found this gem of a place, we also look forward to eating the rest of our meat.
