I recently moved to Churchdown so had to change chemists I have a lot of meds and dosset boxes and they are fantastic!! Nothing is to much trouble . The lady’s behind the counter are lovely to they always are happy to see you and they serve promptly unlike there kingsway branch !

I’m from out of town and having terrible problems with even getting a repeat prescription from my surgery. I came into the Parton Road Pharmacy and was blown away by all the help I received from Sarah and the friendly gentleman on the front desk. They totally exceeded my expectations and got me some emergency meds until o can get into see my own G.P. When I get home. What a joy and relief. Thank you so much. A++

Fortunately I don't have to visit Badham's in Parton Road very often but it's always the same dispiriting experience. Is it really so difficult to be polite and pleasant to customers? The lady behind the counter this morning seemed to take my questions as some kind of challenge was about as unhelpful as she could be.
