We placed an order two weeks ago for optics but received an incorrect order a few days later. My husband emailed and within 30 mins Sam replied, apologised and rectified the mistake and we received the correct order a couple of days later. Very

Really good products at prices far cheaper than Amazon. Also, excellent customer service. I had a parcel not delivered by Hermes, not bar bits fault in anyway but the customer service I received from bar bits was absolutely brilliant. I will continue to buy from bar bits as I couldn't be happier with all aspects of the buying experience.

I have had a brilliant service from the company. Unfortunately the item wasn't fit for my needs but the Customer service was fabulous. The item arrived really quickly and after I returned the item I received my refund super quickly.

I ordered a basic straw holder from them a week ago still has not been delivered Royal Mail says they have delivered it although they really haven't I have informed the company as they have a responsibility to get me my products that I have paid for in a timely manner they have told me to file a police report which is ridiculous for a 10 pound drink straw hold on they are

Received items faulty, all smashed and poorly packaged! Called, emailed, left voice messages, Facebook messaged and eBay messaged, THEY HAVE IGNORED ALL FORMS OF CONTACT AND HAVE NOW BLOCKED ME ON FACEBOOK.
