Beds just arrived . Couldn’t be happier with it. But the two men who delivered and put the bed up couldn’t have been better, a credit to the store.
But the bed up fast, professionally and taken all rubbish.

the footboard has never been in place... the storage has to be lifted manually one side at a time and there is no where to place the rod to hold the bed up! not convenient at all!!!!! surprised by these good reviews! this bed is bull! and so depressing!

Awful really bed was so late arriving no update. Did not receive the storage box or the legs for the bottom of bed quality bad for price eventually got the storage box thou that something. Customer service was a disgrace so rude when complaining about not receiving box. 2 stars at a push as bed looks good despite quality and got the storage box eventually would i use this company again? Defenetly not due to the rudeness and no update on delivery etc and think i would get a better quality for money else were.

Ordered 2 beds, and 3 mattresses from this company, perfect customer service, they called me a day before delivery, and called me on the day to confirm when my item will be delivered. Beds are spot on, and the pillow top mattress is so comfy. Great products and service, highly recommend this company.

I purchased a Vancouver Divan Bed..
Product Review: I know a lot of people here are complaining of bed breaking or poor quality. But in terms of divan I found this to be excellent quality and value for money.
Easy to install and quality of headboard and footboard is good.

Delivery Review: the only reason I'm not leaving five stars that the delivery was said to be within 10 days buy it took 14days .
The communication from customer service was hit and miss on when to expect a Delivery and status of order.

All in all imglad I got this bed.

My daughter was delighted to receive this perfectly delivered bed! The quality is fabulous & my husband said it fit together like glove!
Customer service sets this company way above and beyond other sellers (I have a a fussy daughter and they were very accommodating to what she wanted).

Honestly, this company are superb! Start to finish!

worse experience ever! I've ordered a bed + matress. They've cancelled the deliver on the day it was suppose to get delivered and rearranged it. When it was eventually delivered they forgot to send out the matress. I messaged them, they've said that I will get a call from them and ended up getting ignored for few days. When I messaged saying I want my money back they've called me and the manager or who ever that was (Adam) ended up calling me a motherfr and. didn't even let me explain my self when I said that I want my money back for them to cover the cost of the matress. Still had to pay and they've explained that they are loosing because they're paying for the shipping even tho it was their mistake to start with.

Over all cheap quality product aswell as their customer service . I guess what you pay for is what you get.

The bed is falling apart and it's the second week and still haven't received my matress so I don't even know what to expect.

I have phone call recordings of them being abusive and vulgar which I will be forwarding to further. If you need it to use againts them you are more than welcome to get in touch with me.

I would suggest you avoid this dodgy business run by scammers
