Customer service is second to none. Purchased pre-painted Summerhouse nearly 10 years ago, it’s still in perfect condition. Contacted them as needed it moving. Chris was really helpful and arranged this straight away. The two guys who came out did a great job- very happy customer.

I bought a Lugarde summerhouse from Bedfordshire Garden Buildings and the service was excellent from start to finish.
Lee knows the details of all his products and was able to give good advice. He dealt with questions patiently and spent a long time showing different options regarding colour, window size and position etc. on the design app.
He and Roman laid two bases and moved a shed before the installation date. They stuck to dates and times and worked quietly to get the summer house up in a day. I am delighted with the look of the summerhouse.
I am very pleased both with the quality of the product and the service from BGB. I would happily recommend Lugarde and BGB.

Bought a palram Rubicon garden shed, they matched the best price I had and the buying process was great. Palram despatched the shed the next week and the shed it's self is superb.
It looked a bit flimsy when I first got it but once assembled it's very sturdy and the roof allows a good deal of light in.

I couldn't recommend BGB highly enough. Quality of workmanship and materials is excellent. What really sold me was that what I wanted would cost x amount, and was reasonable. No cutting quality to compete with questionable competitors. The showroom/site is an accurate representation of what is sold.

We are really happy with both the Lugarde garden room and the brilliant service from BGB. Lee was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with us and all our questions. The installation was done in 3 stages; base, outside structure, then finally the inside after we had put the electrics in. Lee and Roman worked so hard on all three occasions, sometimes in very hot weather! I cannot thank them enough.
