Good selection over all price ranges. We ordered a mattress and headboard. I rang a week later to check the mattress depth & the lady happily galloped off & checked that for me. Delivered on time by 2 helpful delivery men. They helped fit the headboard for us, and removed the old mattress and headboard, plus an old mattress topper that we no longer needed. Overall, an excellent service from start to finish - would definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer service throughout from Vicky who helped us choose our Hypnos bed.
This is a family firm. Vicky didn't rush us & was very knowledgeable on all the beds & mattresses.
We had a good deal on a king size bed for the price of a double, with a divan with 4 very well made draws underneath & a good quality headboard.
The delivery drivers are part of the family too & were very polite & respectful of our property.
We would definitely recommend & buy from you again!

Bought a double bed extra firm, they delivered with 3 days, they installed theed in 10 minutes took our old bed away, absolutely top class service including Vicki the sales person at the centre, Highly recommend everyone involved.

I am so impressed with my new beds. Great, friendly service and they held my beds , as my move took longer than expected. Nothing was too much trouble, my beds are fantastic, so pleased! The delivery guys were so proffesional and set up my beds and took my old ones away., 100% recommend , fantastic, friendly service, always use a local family business, they care more than these franchises, and offer a first class service , friendly personal service I throughly recommend this company. We received really good customer service from Bedtime Beds. They helped us pick out our perfect mattress. They offer free delivery, which includes taking them up to the bedroom (if required) and removal of the old mattress. We asked for the mattress to be left on our landing while we prepared the bedroom. However, when we put it on the bed we realised they'd supplied a double, not the king-size stated on our receipt. We phoned the shop, they asked for the measurements, confirmed straight away it was a double, and they'd phone back to sort out the mistake. They phoned back quickly, informed us the van was in the process of delivering to a customer in Downham Market. Once finished, it would return to the store, pick up the right size and deliver it to us. I always think the best way to judge a company is to see how good they are at rectifying errors. Bedtime Beds passed the test for us. We had the correct mattress on the bed within an hour to hour and a half of notifying them of the mistake.
