We rented two units in between house moves. From the start the team were very friendly and helpful advising on the size of unit(s) We made numerous visits and each time the same friendly faces greeted us. The units are excellent and access really easy. We needed to gain access for our removal company to assess the load and Van size. I rang Beehive and arranged for the padlocks to be cut and replaced, again this assisted and stopped a 500 mile round trip. Thank you to all the team at Taunton Beehive.

Possibly one of the easiest customer service experiences we have ever had. From booking the unit online to vacating, the process was smooth, efficient and effortless. It was also very affordable. We only hired a unit for 4 weeks due to storing our possessions during a house move. As a result, we took advantage of the 50% offer for the first 4 weeks. However, if we had needed to we would have paid another 4 weeks at full price as this was very reasonable - especially for the quality of service.
The main thing that made the process so easy was the Beehive team! Everytime we came into the unit we were greated by friendly faces and a smile. A genuine customer experience that made you feel like you were their ONLY customer. This was always effortless to, with no sense of it being forced as can sometimes be the case in retail etc.
We will be recommending Beehive storage to people in the future. Thank you guys!

Lee, Sarah and team were friendly, helpful and made the process of booking our storage easy. Highly recommend as your belongings are stored in climate controlled storage. Great security 24/7.
5 weeks later we collected our contents. Everything you need to move your belongings from van to storage and back to the van, sack barrels, trolleys, cages. Huge lifts, although we were lucky to have two units on the ground floor

Great experience from start to finish.
Initially we were shown several units and reserved one. Very efficient process. Friendly staff with easy system of access. When we gave notice and vacated the unit, our refund of advance rental fees was received very promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing service, Lee and the rest of the team always on hand to answer any queries, extremely friendly, really good unit options and flexible terms, no hard sell. Sweets at front desk a nice touch (especially for my daughter who enjoyed coming along multiple times). Would highly recommend this storage facility. Only downfall being non 24-hours.
