Called these guys ten days ago looking for a quote for some boxes for our new business. Whilst on the phone I made it very clear we needed these quickly and found the salesperson's promise of a 10 days turn around very appealing.

Well ten days have passed and they haven't even bothered to send me a quote. I called up last week on Tuesday to enquire about this. The guy on the phone seemed amused by the fact I was chasing when I would think that quoting for new business would be something business like this would jump at. He assured me it was no problem and he'd get right to it. Clearly they just don't care enough.

In the meantime other companies have been emailing me to chase and try and win the business. I think I know what type of company I'd rather work with.
