Exceptionally intelligent staff.
They were able to source a complete braking system for my 29 year old car by the next day!
Not just a parts store - a fantastic resource with staff who understand vehicles and take time to ensure you receive the right part - with quality parts at a very affordable price.
I will never use EBay again!

Who employs this staff? Everytime I go in this shop as a customer I feel very uncomfortable. They are always looking at the computer and hardly ever give me any eye contact as if I'm inconvenience. They definitely need to go on a people skills course.
I'd rather get my car out and travel to Automotive Components Newport who welcome you and have years of knowledge and experience. Plus, their parts prices are far more competitive.
I hope someone in top management Bennetts group reads this post and put their staff through some people skill training.

Market Drayton Bennett's is not a nice place to get parts, very socially inept staff which basically just grunt when they are made to actually work.
They even have a sign on the loading door saying if you enter here we will charge you more for your parts!!!! Very overpriced and not pleasant at all to deal with. Totally the opposite of Shrewsbury Bennetts who are polite and helpful! Worth driving to Shrewsbury to deal with better staff!

I went to get new windscreen wiper blades. Just had to give the reg of my vehicle, got the blades and he even fitted them for me too. Polite, prompt service, I will definitely go back there again. Thanks
