I have 3 dogs (5 months, and 1 year old Springbatts, and a 6 year old labradoodle). Very much loved family members
I arrived at Bentleys site through AllAboutDogFoods great rating of their British based dry food that is suitable for all stages of life. This is important to me as I want to ensure all of my dogs from 6 months to 6 years get the right nutrition for their stage of life. So far they are thriving!

I loved the personal phone call after my first order to ensure I was clear on measurements. I have fed the recommendation for their weight and age and it is spot on for them.

Now a firm repeat customer, I want to say I value their product quality, customer service and ease of business.

Even better is that I can purchase quality and support this British Based family run business. Thank you.

I purchased the turmeric cookie treats for my dog who was on medication for a back issue and was on strict rest and be monitored closely. I thought they couldn’t hurt. My dog loved them! Once she’s started eating them regularly, I saw improvements much quicker than when she was just on the medication alone. She got better and better and my vet confirmed improvement. We went for a check up one day and she had all her usual tests for nerve and sensory feeling and passed them all with flying colours! A dramatic improvement since having the cookies with her medication for 3months. Previously had just had medication for 9months . She is now fully recovered and running about and I’m sure the turmeric cookies helped the improvement and got us the end result!

I found Bentley's Taste of the Ocean on all about dog food as pretty much rating as the highest nutritional value dry food you can buy after wanting to transition to a better quality food as our dog was sick or had loose stools every so often.

We ordered some for our dog and I had a phonecall from Bentley's to discuss transitioning onto this food and our dogs needs. The excellent customer service doesn't stop there as we have always received our 12kg bag of food the next day.

Our dog isn't ever so picky with food but she will do anything for this food, she loves it and is very rarely sick or have diarrhea. There are no fillers or nasties in it either. Highly recommend

I found this food looking on All About Dog Food, they are very highly rated.

My dog is 10 now and has been on a raw diet for years but his teeth have deteriorated and he’s developed itchy skin and the vet recommended that I switch to a dry food or a hybrid of kibble and raw.

I was so impressed after my initial order, I missed a call from Bentleys and was left a really helpful voicemail with advice on how to transition and some information / feeding guidelines.

The delivery was free and really fast (DPD which is great as you get an accurate delivery slot). The transition from raw diet to Bentley’s was seamless and he absolutely loves it!

When I first weighed it out, it didn’t seem like very much but he was clearly full as I put more down which he left (I will add - he isn’t a greedy / food orientated dog and has only ever eaten what he needs) but this is great as less food means the bag lasts longer and he is still getting all his nutritional needs met.

In just a few weeks he has stopped
his obsessive licking and his skin is much improved, the larger kibble also seems to slow his scoffing down and everyone thinks
his breath is better!

Overall I am very happy and most importantly… so is Bertie 😊

An absolutely superb company providing excellent quality dog food and superb customer service. When we first ordered food it was during a haulage crisis in the UK and wonderful assistance was offered to get the product to is sooner, thankfully this was not required. Another time I left the order in mg basket forgetting to pay, I received a call which saved our pooch from missing out on her favourite food.

When we switched food, we wanted to follow the guidance to mix the food with her old food to ease the transition. This was a no go, she just fished out the new food, leaving the old one and looking up for more.

I cannot recommend Bentley's strongly enough, I can't imagine shopping elsewhere. That said, I still get my groceries at the local supermarket...

I'm so impressed with this company! From ease of using the site, the speed of delivery (not too long before Christmas!) and mostly the knowledge & advice the company have and give!

Although the food is over 80% fish, it doesn't stink of fish!! All other fish foods I've had stink but this one doesn't even smell fishy! Amazing because I hate fish! No fishy kisses after dinner 😂

My chihuahua has always had a sensitive tummy. I tried her on several different foods over the years until I finally settled on raw.

Recently she had been getting alot looser stools from the raw food. Due to this, convenience, and needing the space where the dog freezer is I decided it was time to find a good quality, convenient food.

I came across Bentleys on the raw food site I purchased through- the site stated its the next best thing to raw and to use this if going away camping etc. As you can't take raw.
I started to do some research and turned out to be just what I was looking for. I looked into other brands and foods at this time as I didn't want to go with the first one I found but it came out on top for ingredients, quality and price- I could've gone higher with the budget to match what I paid for raw but this food topped the pricier foods on every other aspect.

There no added nasties, just fish and superfoods! A true hypoallergenic food for sensitive tummies.

I started the switch- starting the chihuahua on less than the recommended amount for her weight as she's older and less active. I noticed she was getting a little chonky and her stools were a bit loose when I upped the % of dry so I lowered her daily allowance of dry and her poops were normal. As she's a little bit older she struggles a bit when she poops so I emailed Bentleys and got a response straight away. After a few emails back and forth and with the advice of Toby, I have started to slowly introduce some extra fibre into her food- currently sweet potato until I can find some canned pumpkin to try!

The communication from the start has been outstanding and I'm so pleased I found this company! I had a phone call after I placed my order as I was a new customer- they wanted to check if I knew how to safely switch over and to offer advice if needed.

Responses via email have been quick and very informative and I'm sure my little chi will be happily settled in no time! She loves the food and eats it straight away, it's just her tummy that needs a little time to adjust.

The spaniel switched with no issues and wolfs it down!

My dog absolutely loves this food. Service was amazing with help transitioning and suggesting a more accurate portion size for her activity, size etc. Orders always processed really fast and delivered by DPD who I find far superior. Highly recommend for excellent quality food at affordable price.
