Dear Berkshire Buildings and A&J Sectional Buildings,

I just had to write to thank you ALL, across both companies, for such amazing service from beginning to end. Richard at Berkshire Buildings was so professional. He did exactly what he said he would, his emails were timely, informative and detailed. He helped me make my decision quickly, and most importantly, he managed an incredibly short lead time for the shed.

I was apprehensive when I was told that the manufacturer would then take over and contact me regarding the delivery and installation. I was worried that I wouldn’t get the same level of service. However, when A&J Buildings took over, they were just as impressive. I had phone calls to confirm the order, take payment and confirm my delivery slot at 7.30am on 1/8/24.

This morning bang on 7.30am Ashley and Carl arrived and put up the shed in an hour?! They were both polite and efficient and tolerated my three children (and the neighbour’s children) distracting them and excitedly asking questions throughout the process.

I will definitely be using you all again as the process was slick, easy, fast and incredibly efficient. Thank you all for such great service!

Roger has an excellent selection of summer houses from different suppliers and he will take the time to make sure you get exactly the look and feel you're after. The installation was done in a day and they worked with our electrician to make sure all the lighting and power socket cabling were hidden between the inner and outer walls for that professional finish. We couldn't be happier.

I ordered a Trimetals ‘Stowaway unit from Berkshire Garden Buildings.
They offered a nice discount against ordering direct from Trimetals and the email responses from Richard, Roger and Aaron were always quick, helpful and polite. Even getting a holding response when they were busy with other things.
Delivery was direct from Trimetals with one part missing (extra bottom clasp/padlock), Aaron was particularly helpful in chasing Trimetals over the May Bank Holiday.
First class – all round.

Cannot praise their customer service enough. The gentleman I purchased the greenhouse from was very knowledgeable about the product, giving me advice and tips on construction. When I encountered a problem with a missing part he managed to find a replacement immediately without having to reorder etc.
On hindsight I should have paid extra to have it installed, but he coached me through whenever I hit a snag and was so patient.
Pleased to say after sore thumbs I managed it.
Would definitely use them again.

I have been meaning to write a review for a year or so now to say how great Roger and his team are, now seems like a good time as we had a building installed this morning.

They are knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and well priced.

The installation is seamless with the team arriving promptly and working quickly to put the buildings up.

The buildings themselves are really great quality, our latest one is an A & J but we have a couple of other makes too.

Wouldn't go anywhere else for a garden building now they really are great would highly recommend.

We have just enjoyed the most unbelievably helpful service from the guys at Berkshire Garden Buildings. We were trying to source a part for an old, secondhand greenhouse. They were charming and helpful and managed to source what we needed from one of their contacts very fast. When we went in for some additional accessories, the advice we were given by Richard was excellent and very genuine. It really felt as though he was advising us based on OUR best interests not on maximizing his sales! Our pre-ordered replacement glass was securely packed ready for our collection.

About 10 years ago we bought a large shed from them - the service is as excellent now, for a very small sale, as it was then for a top quality shed. We cannot recommend them enough.

Shed leaking after a few months contacted staff at dobbeys who sold it told to contact a and j sheds direct.
A and j sent 2 men who said I will have to pay to sort problem out. awful service.I have had to pay to get shed sorted out.
Would definitely not recommend buying a shed from there. I would not even rate it 1 star
