I purchased some floating shelf brackets from this company. NONE of the screws were straight. Not one. They sent some replacements. NONE of those were straight either. They told me to use them anyway.

I use a lot of different hardware and this stuff is poorly machined rubbish. Whether you are a professional used to working within small tolerances, or a DIYer doing the occasional job at home, you would not accept such poor quality. Avoid!!

I was badly let down by a competitor of BespOak, and emailed them in a panic late one Thursday evening asking for help. They called me back by 9.30am on the Friday and arranged a courier delivery which arrived on the Saturday.

They couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgable or willing to help me out of a fix. The products they despatched were perfect for the job, and it was such a pleasure to find a company offering such a personal and professional service along with a fantastic product. I couldn't be more grateful - thank you to all at BespOak Interiors.

Got home from holiday and opened the Bespoak delivery (large chopping board) which was delivered while I was away. The lovely bark edge had a large chunk of bark which had broken, clearly whilst being delivered. I have contacted the company by email and phone calls but no one has contacted me yet. I am so disappointed with this purchase and have waited a long time for it.

Ordered one of their Windswept Oak tree shelves and it really is stunning. Delivery was on the advised timescales (it's not a quick turnaround by any stretch but accuracy makes it no-stress). The price is more than fair for what you get, all told.

The only minor quibble is that I'm not convinced of the assertion that the tree-shelves can be fitted to a plaster wall, but then our plaster stud wall also appears to be made of papier maché, so... Perfectly happy on the external breeze-block wall with the right fittings, so just think before you buy.

I ordered a shelf from BespOak and it is a totally different colour from the website. Description says it could be darker but it is so dark in comparison. Customer service didn’t care and suggested I should put it in another room! Will not use them again.
