Fantastic & helpful service, speedy and excellent fitting and superb product. Simon was so helpful with all our questions and answered them within the hour! This glass finished our kitchen off beautifully, we had tricky measurements between our work tops and cooker gap, but the glass fitted seemlessly. I really could not be happier all round!

Our splash backs have been installed this morning and we could not be more delighted. The team were so professional, careful, and so friendly, leaving the kitchen clean and free of all sign that the work had taken place. The end result is way beyond our expectation. The colour is perfect and the impact on our 12 year old kitchen is amazing. It feels refreshed and renewed.

It has been an absolute pleasure to source our kitchen splashback from such a refreshingly professional company. The end result is absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted, but equally as impressive has been the customer service throughout.

My initial contact was with Simon Pemberton and his quick responses to my ideas helped shape our design. The subsequent precision and care shown by the templating technician and the guys who fitted the product has been truly outstanding. Communication has been superb and very reassuring throughout, and at every step of the way I have felt that Bespoke cared as much about the end result as we did.

Outstanding service from start to finish! This is the second time I have used Bespoke Glass Design for kitchen glass splashbacks. The first time was in my old house several years back. I couldn`t be happier with both their service and quality of products. They have an extensive choice of colours to choose from, and I was kept informed throughout every stage of the process. E-mail responses are fast. They do what they say, and there is a high level of professionlism that is seriously lacking in virtually all other areas of retail these days right across the board. It was a real pleasure to have a stress free experience for once. The finished product is fitted to perfection and looks beautiful. I can highly recommend this company to anyone looking for glass products in their home.

Simon was great from beginning to end. We had been looking for a splashback for our new kitchen and came across Bespoke Glass Design. Within moments of sending off an enquiry Simon was in touch. Despite sending off late on Friday i had a quote almost instantly.
Simon was always on hand to answer any questions and overcome any obstacles for us to make sure we were happy with our final product, which we absolutely are.

There was lots to be impressed with. First the response to my original enquiry was dealt with by Simon professionally and quickly. Product was great and finished product looks fantastic. Love the colour. Really enhances the kitchen. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Slight negatives - administration fell short a couple of times with errors in emails to do with costs which I picked up by carefully checking. The extra £120 charged for electrician in my case was totally unnecessary as I could have done what the fitter did. No separate electrician was sent as advised. Lastly fitters late in arriving, which in itself was not a big issue but a phone call from the office (rather than me chasing) would have been better and was what you would expect.
Overall a 4 star experience when I had expected a 5 stars experience. Would still recommend Bespoke Glass Design

Apologies reviewed the wrong company! The glass we got was from bespokeglasssplashback.co.uk …it is good quality but the adhesive will show over time - We've had our glass for over 5 years - can't fault the quality of the glass and fitting - just be wary when chosing lighter colours as the glue does show after a few years.
