Poor service from one member of the staff who suddenly pushed me and saying to go home to sort all my bags, he said they have customers..
He was rude with no reason and his place is not around customers.
Even though my bags did not require sorting.
Pushing is not acceptable in any place and circumstances.
I hope management will take action.

Used for the first time last week as I had old copper pipes from a central heating upgrade. I found them friendly, the process stress free and I received immediate payment. Great local company.

Great customer service provided by Frank.

My parents had a small extension done last summer and we had a small amount of old copper pipes and offcuts from new copper pipes.

I was then searching for a reputable place for making some money from the old copper scraps. End of the day, the money you receive can help with some other costs.

The builders told me the copper was not worth much as it was a small quantity. Much to my surprise, Frank gave me £55. This is quite a bit of money for some old copper.

This is a friendly family run business, where they are open and honest about prices. So even if this is your first time, it surely will not be your last. If you are not sure about any metals, Frank is very helpful if you call him.
