Fabio is engaging and knowledgeable about bikes. He repairs bikes skillfully and speedily and is able to explain his process so you can learn too. I would recommend this service to anyone! Particularly those with shabby bikes others might give up on!

So glad to have found this bike workshop in Birmingham! I used BiclasB12 for servicing a Brompton bike as well as some upgrades and repairs on a road bike. I received honest advice, quick service, great communication and excellent value price. It's a workshop that treated me like an old friend and my bikes got looked after very well. I would recommend it to anyone happily!
The workshop is located in a great community hub location and there's lots of other stuff to do around like art exhibitions and a nice cafe - in case you are planning a visit!

Fabio is a fantastic bike mechanic, he always explains what needs sorting, what he has done and gives great advice on how to look after your bike. His repairs are great, he’s super flexible about when I can bring my bike in, and his prices are super reasonable. The 3 bikes were serviced at my home, quickly, thoroughly and professionally with no inconvenience in terms of transporting them all over the place. My we all were able to test drive them down our road before Fabio left us. He was very professional and friendly throughout, even explaining to me how to use my bicycle pump! Would recommend this service unreservedly and will go back for more work definitely.

Personally from the last 2 years of starting my official bike journey, I don’t think I could recommend anywhere else in Birmingham when it comes to anything related to bicycles. I stumbled across Fabio and Biclas B12 when I was spoken to really rudely from another local bike shop when I just was enquiring about getting new tyres fitted on my bike. After phoning Fabio he was quick to response and got me in that day. Not only did he do it within minutes, he only taught me and gave me a whole ton of advice on my bike, that I still hold onto till this day. 2 years later, I still go to any workshops, that are genuinely really informative and free and know how to fix and maintain my bike. Fabio is just a great enthusiast individual, who wants to share his knowledge with everyone he comes across and give back to the community, making it a more cycle friendly and safer place to be. This is a genuine review: I can say with honesty Fabio is a knowledgeable, experienced and hugely capable bike mechanic. It is for this reason he's in such high demand so it is important to book with him so that he can give you his full attention and support as needed.
From my personal experience I have been ripped off buy a couple of well-known bike shops but with Fabio you're not just another quick and easy customer who is there to be had. Fabio will give you his honest opinion without making you feel that dumb. Fabio's price are very competitive without compromising on quality.
