First time here. Barrier opens automatically. Pull in and stop by portacabin. Security staff very friendly and helpful. Turn right then park on the left. Parking area is tight. Security will come and get you and direct you to a bay. Take paperwork and keys up steps to office between bays 4 and 5. Wait for a green light then give it 20 mins before you go for your paperwork. Office staff friendly. Yard is a bit small as per all Bidfood yards.

Didnt deliver my goods one week, no phone calls to let us know, had to speak to some one in transport to find out it may get delivered another day, may not.
Disgusting attitude from drivers, try to leave deliveries infront of doors, try to bring deliveries in to a restaurant instead of goods in, ridiculous snowflake attitude when corrected, deliver wrong stuff, leave other peoples deliveries and most of your stuff left off.. as the last customer facing agent of your company I'd suggest retraining.. customer service less than useful, stinking attitude with corrective arrogance then when you correct them they try to rebut using ad-hominem falacies. Disgusting, just lost a customer.

Arrived this morning for an ambient delivery. The guy on goods in couldn’t have been nicer and extremely helpful. The toilet facilities were lovely and clean. Good tipping time.A pleasant experience all round. Thanks for a friendly service.

don't bother if you want delivery...I spent an hour filling my basket after confirming I had delivery by postcode only to be told not only could they not deliver but I couldn't collect either. I know Covid is causing problems but a message so that I didn't waste an hour of my life would have been handy
