Ordered these for a friend and 2 of the letters were missing. Rang them and they sent the others straight away. They look lovely, however, the quality isn't great. Some of the letters (the A and T) are stuck down, where as others you can lift up which makes it seems like they're broke because it's inconsistent.

Poor customer service. Ordered a puzzle changed the delivery address. But received an email stating it will be sent to my home address. Contacted Bigjigs straight away, heard nothing, contacted them again, nothing. 2 days late received email saying it had been sent and there was nothing they could do. No apology, or anything to try and solve there mistake.. poor customer service.

Very happy with our train letters I purchased as a gift. Looked better than the photos, very well made, strong magnets and love the fact that you can take the letters off and even the guard carriage top can come off.
Postage was extremely fast. Ordered yesterday and received today Express delivery. Thank you!

Would never order from here again. Do not recommend. I ordered 3 of the same item so I would Atleast get 1 diff colour. Even though they are picked at random I thought well I’m buying 3 so I should get Atleast 2 diff colours. Well I got 3 blue ones. Customer service were quite rude didn’t help and didn’t seem bothered. Terrible.

Fantastic customer service! Had an issue with the way Royal Mail had delivered a parcel, emailed Bigjigs and they sent me a returns label straight away! I returned the products on the Saturday and by Monday, the new ones were with me! Fantastic customer service, will definitely shop with them again in future. Thank you 😊

My grandsons Mallard battery operated train stopped working so opened it up to investigate. Found 2 wires had broken but worse than that the switch fell apart. I thought I could get a replacement as the Bigjigs website states that spare parts are available to” get your toy back working” only to be told that they don’t actually carry any spares. If the components used within the train were to a better standard then my grandson’s train would still be working. Looks good quality from the outside but very poor inside. Contacting Trading Standards with regard to their replacement parts policy
