Ordered a new bike from Biketart. The customer service was amazing! They emailed me to keep me up to date with where they were with the order, asked me for details to set the bike up right for my weight and riding style and kept checking in along the way, even emailed after I received the bike to check everything was good! Would highly recommend this company if you want a new bike or components!

I recently bought a bike from Biketart through the Cycle to Work scheme. The team were great and replied to emails really quickly. I had to wait over a week before my voucher came through (from my workplace) and Biketart reserved the bike through a refundable deposit in the meantime. Once the voucher came through, the bike was delivered next day and the deposit refunded. When I found that the frame was too small, they arranged for a collection and sent the larger size. Really fantastic and helpful team. So happy with my new bike.

Not one to leave a glowing review as they always seem so fake. On this occasion I’ve never come across a company with such fantastic Customer Service from beginning to end you felt well looked after even when something went wrong (because of what I’d done) They were super helpful in correcting it. If you are looking to buy a bike, I highly recommend using this company. You will not regret it.

Ok much as it pains me to give any business a less than favourable review….but!
My order arrived just over a week ago after some issues with a broken fork and the dropper post, all sorted by Michael.

Unboxed and set up as normal.
I didn’t even make it out of the drive. Firstly there was a score on the paintwork, then the dropper post jammed all the way up, making the bike impossible to ride.
I duly contacted Micheal, Biketart support and John with pictures as requested of the issues above. Then well…..nothing!

Now over a week later with requests from myself to return the Merida one sixty 6000 for a refund and still silence.

I’m rather annoyed at a 3k bike and box stuck in the hallway !

It’s always not easy to find gloves that are both stylish and functional. I had been searching for a good pair for a while, and there was one I really liked from 686—but sadly, it was sold out everywhere. Then I discovered Snowtart! They had the exact pair I wanted in stock. I ordered them from their online shop, and the price was the same as on the official website. The delivery was super fast, and their communication was excellent! Highly recommend!

So funnily enough I didn’t actually order the correct bike when I placed my order…I know…measure twice, cut once and all that jazz. However I couldn’t thank Michael enough for his quick replies and ease of cancellation. Provided me options for help on selecting the correct bike and cancelled all delivery etc before the bike was shipped. This has been my first big purchase from Biketart and I messed up big time but I so happy with how I was looked after, I had to leave you a 5 star review. Will definitely use biketart more in the future. All the best for 2025!
