Purchased the carmen in June last year. Ended up having to buy a different floor as the one they provided was just too brittle. That was just the start of it.
Fast forward to October and that’s when the problems started. Black Mold on the inside. And the swelling of the sides causing the doors and windows to also warp and to have a massive gap and for water to get in soaking the floor. Oh and then the roof expanding due to the swelling of the sides causing the felt to split.
Do yourself a favour and avoid buying anything from these clowns. As my emails get ignored time after time. They’re not interested.
But if you want to buy one be prepared to spend a few hundred quid more to replace the roof after a few months and the floor right away. But if I were you I’d avoid the clowns all together

UPDATE NUMBER 2: The faulty product was collected (finally) on the 16th October. I have an email from them saying that I will receive my refund within 14 days of collection. We are now on day 15 and I have still not received my refund. I emailed them on Monday for an update and still haven't received anything. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life.
UPDATE: I have now been trying for two weeks to have the faulty product with missing parts returned. I have been told I cannot have a refund until they have collected it, but they keep pushing back the collection date. Apparently they failed to collect it this week because 'the van was too full' - why schedule a collection when they would be unable to fulfil it?!
Ringing the customer service line is pointless. Despite giving the order number they can never find any written communication (or at least tell me they can't find it, who knows now). I have spent hours waiting on hold just to get nowhere. Sending emails is pointless as they don't ever seem to detect them and pick them up.
I have now raised this as a dispute with my credit card provider as I honestly think this is the only way I will get my money back.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered a Peardrop Playhouse in May, said it would take 6 weeks to arrive. Arrived on week 6, with a pile of parts dumped on my drive in no particular order. Half of the part identification labels had ripped off so couldn't identify them, and a plastic wrapped bunch of random pieces of wood with no label on either.
Instructions are for the larger version of the playhouse, when I rang to query this I was told 'oh it's basically the same so we only send one set of instructions out, follow them as best you can'.
Multiple missing parts, can't put the roof on because of this so it is just sat half finished in the garden. The part numbers on the intstructions are completely different to the part numbers in the shipping order that is sent out so it's very hard to actually know if they were meant to send it or not!
All the screws and hardware come in a single bag all mixed together so that takes sorting before starting the build.
Contacting customer support is a nightmare - 'we will get back to you in 2-3 business days - it's always late on the 3rd day a reply is forthcoming. Was asked to list the multiple missing parts, so gave them. Each email reply they then take 3 days to reply to, then when they replied the parts they asked me to confirm we're missing we're completely different to what I had sent them!
There is no customer service at all, they take your money and then ignore everything. I notice the stock reply to all the one star reviews is exaclty the same so they obviously don't listen to feedback. I will be taking this further.

If I had known then what i know now I would have definitely not brought from BillyOh. First off it was delivered with out the extra base i had paid for. It was just dropped on the driveway with out any notification it was being delivered. I then had to wait a week for the base. I finally start to assemble the shed and I find out that one of the rear apex panels is 5 cm bigger than the other so that ment the roof will not fit. Called them to say this is what happened to the get an email saying are you sure your putting it together correctly 😡. 3 email later and one phone call i was told ok we will send you out a new part in 5 to 7 working days, so I say is that when I will receive it no that's when we will let you know the delivery date. To say I am not happy is an understatement, definitely will not buy anything from here again and will definitely not be recommending them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY : One of the worst experiences I've ever had ordering something of this cost. Delivery - driver just chucked and drop the wood off the vehicle , breaking pieces on delivery. The driver also admitted he didn't pick up the fixings kit, said he'd sort it and didn't. The fixings kit finally came but no one responded to my email requesting the pieces of wood (I couldn't find that piece on the PDF they sent, so sent pictures and measurements in my reply) and we ended up cutting the spares up so we could build the summer house. Once we started building, we realised they had ONLY sent the doors and we had received no windows. We have brought sealant so that the summer house walls stop leaking and rubber matting for the roof so that stopped leaking too. Managed to board the windows up and have now sealed and painted it to stop the water damage. Once we had requested the windows to be sent out, 5 days later they emailed saying they needed picture proof. Now we have provided the proof is been nearly 7 days and we have had a response say they will get them sent out. This whole thing has been a joke. Oh and the screwes they sent aren't enough so we had to buy longer.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY , ITS NOT WORTH THE MONTHS OF HASSLE AND HEADACHE

I fully understand how pressure treatment works, that why in point one I already mentioned about the green hew from such treatment making it a challenge to distinguish mould. As for cutting the roof beams I had no choice.
Further about the online account, yes I've being using it. You only provide the instructions, which refer to the tech pack which is not available from the online portal. Customer support have to provide it on request by a phone call. As for reporting things by this online portal and by phone call. If it was being managed I wouldn't be here communicating to you by another companies website ( Google/trust pilot) seems like honest reviews on here get some kinda response, which is better that your formal channels of business.
After waiting over 15 weeks for delivery of the tina log cabin, which should of arrived end of Aug but didn't arrive till mid Oct. I have several issues
1 - the wood was delivered damp and wet. even marks on it where it had been stacked with other bits of wood. After installing, I am now facing big mould issues. It was hard to see the mould before on arrival, it looked at first a mixture of wood grain, dust and green hews from the pressure treatment. However, inside and out, I am now battling mould. I cannot even close the doors as within a few hours, mould. I have had to spray all over with a treatment, and trying to dry the wood has been hard. Clearly this was not stored in a dry place before delivery.
2 - door frames are not the right size for the building, the frames themselves leave big gaps when attached to the building. for example the top part of the frame when place where stated by the tech pack mesurements left a 2CM gap between the wall and frame. Meaning I have had to place them higher, so there was not gap, leaving a bigger gap at the bottom, over 4CM. so the doors do not fit. I did this as I'd had to work around this by adding my own wooden strips to the floor and door, allowing the doors when closed to form a ledge.
3- internal wall was not cut to size to reflect that I ordered the 19mm floor rather than the standard 11mm floor. resulting in the internal wall being bigger and unable to install the roof due to it being taller. I have had to remove a log to shorten the wall to over come this. However I am now left with an internal wall that has a 4cm gap at the top.
4 - Roof beams, were over 15cm too long and had to be cut, they were longer than than specified in the tech pack.
5- Roof, many of the roof T&G boards were cracked, warped and split. Which I think must of been known by Billyoh, as they provided 20 more than that tech pack specified.
5- wooden edges and strips. Many cam warped, cracked and split on delivery. As well as damp.
6 - Floor beams/base frame, were between 0.5 -1.5cm too long compared to what the tech pack specified, meaning I had to cut them. Otherwise the base frame and floor beams would not be square and to big for the walls and floor
7- doors were shrink wrapped, but wet inside.
8 - incorrect screws and nails provided. tech park for example would specify 7mm x80 but I had 10mm x50. less screws overall compared to tech pack spec.
9 - knots in the wood for the walls. Understandable wood will have some knots but I have quite a few and all of them show gaps and holes, where I can see day light. Meaning water will enter from the walls.
10 - instructions are very poor, was not told about the need for another set ( tech pack) had to request customer service for this many times, was sent the wrong one 2 times too.
Have I spoken to customer service. Yes, I have been promised emails back where I can escalate this further for review etc... nothing has come back. No one has reached out to support me.

My dad bought a shed that was pricey and we thought we could do it together seen as though it is only a shed however we started to notice that the measurements of the same pieces aren’t the same the plan of this shed is really bad and you can’t understand it what so ever the nails are also horrid I would give this a 0/5 but the driver was nice and didn’t
break anything on the way up which I shouldn’t even need to worry about.
If you want a good shed, easy to follow and when you call them about your problems they don’t say “AND” DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
EXTREMELY UNHAPPY FOR THE PRICE I SHOULD EXPECT BETTER!!
And now cause we were not even following the plan and cutting the correct lengths by our selves and it’s now wet through thank you billy oh

I ordered a garden office in June this year, with a 7 week delivery time frame. After several calls it eventually arrived on the 16th September. The build eventually started but we didn't get far as the quality of the wood supplied is not fit for purpose. This was reported on the 25th September I have received emails stating deliverey within 4-5 working day, when that passed was then told 3-7 working days and still nothing. I have requested the return of my money and for them to collect the building, this has not been acknowledged, surprise, surprise!!!!
The product is substandard, the customer service useless. Please avoid purchasing anything from this company.

I am so disappointed not only with the quality of my Summer house but with the Customer Service of this Company!
I purchased my Summer House back in March of this year, and after receiving a delivery date my garden was prepped for the arrival of my new 'Work Room'. The delivery date came and went and after many phone calls I was told my order had been lost! (how do you lose a large pallet?!!) A week later, on bank holiday weekend it was delivered. I had family members over to help build this for me and the further the build went the more we could see just how terrible the condition of the building was, but with it being bank holiday, and having got so far with the build we had no choice but to continue. I needed my work room complete! You can see from my images how bad the materials were, and why they would even send roofing that is not waterproof baffles me! After sending several emails and calls about my issues I have had not one single bit of communication from this company and now I am left with a work room that I don't know will even survive 1 winter! You can see from my images just how bad the materials were, bowed wood, rusty fixtures, roof not even big enough and after having leaking issues in the first week I had to go out and buy better quality felt, a new lock and hinges for the doors. I am not one to complain, and I will always give customer service time to redeem themselves as this speaks volumes to me, but after months of waiting I can honestly say AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
