I own a property where the previous owner had a 30-year guarantee provided by this company. Often with these things, these guarantees state in the small print that they become invalid when the property is sold (or some sort of further payment is sometimes required by the new owner to assign the guarantee to them). In the case of Biokil Crown, they have confirmed that the property is automatically still under guarantee even after change of ownership. Hopefully I'll never need the guarantee, but it's nice to have some peace of mind and to feel that Biokil Crown seem an honest business in an industry where we hear of a lot of bad players.

I had a damp proof course undertaken by a contractor using Biokill Crown products .

Within 6 months the damp came back as before.

I was informed that the contractor had not bought enough products for the guarantee to be valid!! ... WORTHLESS 15 year GUARANTEE
