We approached a wide range of kitchen companies over a lengthy period, visiting most several times.
In the end we selected Birchwood Interiors because we felt that Sean offered a good product. The showroom experience was also one of the best as Sean was very knowledgeable but not a “pushy” sales person.
By the time we approached Birchwood Interiors we had an outline plan of what we wanted. After several shop and site visits Sean suggested a number of improvements which we were happy to go along with. Still there were numerous small decisions to be taken and Sean was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we worked our way to a conclusion. We considered the price quoted by Sean for the purchase and installation of the kitchen was realistic and competitive. Sean also provided a detailed timetable for the installation.
The removal of the kitchen to the final fitting was completed exactly to plan.
We were particularly impressed with the main fitter Martin who was very careful, precise and helpful.
10 months after the kitchen was fitted we are very happy with our purchase.
