This is the second time I've bought from this company and the customer service is fantastic. Unfortunately my parcel did not arrive, it kept showing it was at my local delivery office. I couldn't get through on the phone but received a call back with the promise of sorting it the same day. I received an email to say my parcel had been lost in the post. They said they would send another and it arrived today, 1 day after I called. Things happen, parcels get lost, not this company's fault at all but the way they handled it was first class. Amazing products which have helped sooth my ponies itchy skin. I won't buy from anyone else.

Been using the sweet relief silver and sweet relief lotion for a just week, after recommendation from a friend. Always a bit doubtful of these miracle creams that promise so much. However, it's made such a difference. Pony is so much less itchy, and hair is growing back already. This stuff does what it says on the tin.

Great products!!
I'm so glad I tried the Biteback products for our little Welsh sec a for his sweet itch.
He has really struggled with sweet itch this year rubbing himself raw and making himself bleed.
I purchased the sweet itch silver and the maintenance cream and its all healed up.
Going to be purchasing the fly spray when I run out of my current one for definite 👍

My mare had rubbed large patches of hair off either side of her withers due to skin irritation in the heat. After only a few days of the cream application, no more rubbing, and the hair has grown back amazingly fast!! Very impressed with this product
