It's impossible to put into words how satisfying it has been to deal with Chris at Biven Machinery. Having sold a kidney to buy new lathe and chuck package found an issue with chuck liaised with Chris who could not have been more helpful and understanding sorting matters with a phone call. This level of customer service is exceptional and will definitely be using Biven Machinery for any other items I will without a doubt need in the future. I got in touch with technical questions about a Laguna Table saw. Chris not only responded really quickly. He was helpful professional and friendly. On opening the communication chain and getting fast detailed responses to all follow-up queries, I've just bought a Laguna Fusion F3, and an 18BX Bandsaw. The service, and communication has been outstanding at all points. I even asked if I could take delivery a couple of weeks later and this was no problem for Biven. They've made a customer for life and I couldn't recommend them any more highly. THANK YOU!

3 separate reviews in one. I wanted a bandsaw that wasn't in stock and Biven organised it to be delivered straight from the manufacturer to save time. Since we received great service we ordered a new lathe and once again biven gave us a brilliant deal on complete package that suited our needs. Then once again we made the 3hr trip to the store to pick up some chisels and other bits and bobs and once again Chris was helpful and gave us advice on the products. Defo be back.

Visited Biven Machinery this morning to buy a Peter Child Pyrography Machine. Very easy to find and a wonderful shopping experience. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and explained what other pyrography materials they could supply. It was a very positive visit to the shop and we are delighted to recommend them.

Just got my first lathe and needed a couple of tools so I could have some fun and today was my first visit to Bivens. Super friendly with free advice - kind of wish I'd have bought my lathe here now and supported local business....but will always check in here first from now on. It's an Aladdin's Cave of woodworking gadgets and tools!
