Had an amazing experience with Blackburn’s. Matthew and Stephen were super helpful and made the experience so effortless for me. We travelled from West Yorkshire by train to buy a VW Up which was in as good condition as a brand new vehicle, Chris picked us up from the train station promptly and within minutes we found ourselves test driving and absolutely beautiful prepared and turn out vehicle, the whole experience was pleasurable and we would definitely recommend anybody to buy a vehicle from this dealership. Having looked around other vehicles on the premises they have some top notch vehicles all prepared to an high standard. Bought my elderly mum a car from Blackburns. She made a switch from manual to automatic transmission.It was delivered to us exactly as described, great condition with all paperwork and trade in price quoted for mums vehicle was honoured. Swift sales process, really happy. The cherry on the cake came when an unforeseen problem occurred with the new cars fuel system. Blackburns are a breath of fresh air with how they dealt with a warranty claim. Absolutely 5 star customer service. Never in all our 25+ years of owning upwards of 20 vehicles have we ever experienced such great after sales service as we have from Blackburns. Steve and Matthew have been fantastic, very reassuring and responsive which is just what you need. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. They will be our first port of call for our next vehicle and this is despite there being a good geographical distance between us. Have every confidence in Blackburns! Thank you very much.

Just recently purchased a VW Arteon Shooting Brake from Blackburns (UK) Ltd which is the first time I've not used a large well known franchise. This was a very pleasant and smooth experience with initial help from Mathew who gave a very competitive price for my trade in vehicle and gave me confidence that the car was mine until I decided it wasn't for me. After agreeing trade in I did the 6hr round trip from Glasgow to view the vehicle and take for test drive. Stephen was great in meeting us and giving us the time to view and test drive on our own with no pressure to buy. I was happy to visit and after agreeing to purchase left a small deposit. Once payment was made in full my new car was delivered the next morning by 8:30am which I thought was a superb service. I feel Blackburns (UK) Ltd only deal with prestige cars and would thoroughly recommend if they have a suitable car in stock. Would definitely consider using them again in future.

5* service - I will be recommending Blackburns to all friends and family. Bought a lovely BMW X1 back in October which unfortunately developed a random fault 2 months into ownership (nothing to do with the dealer). They took ownership of an issue, put it right at great expense, kept me updated and returned a perfect car again. Honestly they turned a disappointing issue into a great experience and resolved everything. Steve couldn’t have been more helpful including dropping the car off on the day of purchase. Great company and service.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Expressed interest in the vehicle and within 24hrs, the finance was accepted and was arranging to get the vehicle picked up.

They couldn’t help me enough, even opened the showroom to pick the vehicle up on a day the place was closed, just to accommodate our travel up from London.

They communicated from start to finish with every step and what to expect.

The vehicle on collection was immaculate, exactly what we expected. The dealer help us with everything from the paperwork to getting the car on the road.
