Absolutely appalling experience just now as one of your vans dangerously tailgated us. There was a lorry in front of us which he could see so he could see there was no way of us moving forward more quickly. I have two children in the car that he was putting at risk. Disgusting driving

I made 3 orders from direct meat, and I have been really happy with the quality of the meat. However I bulk purchase from them and I expect the meat to be delivered fully frozen. On the last 2 deliveries the meat arrived completely defrosted. On delivery 2 the support team ensured refund for any product I was not satisfied with, however this didn't happen when the third delivery arrived fully defrosted.

Great experience with Direct Meats Knights Farm. Meat was amazing and succulent. The only bad thing is we didnt order enough.
Delivery definitely surpassed my expectations and all the staff I across were pleasant and would definitely deal with them again.

Both the food received and delivery exceeded expectations. I placed my order over the weekend and I arrived on Wednesday despite the bank holiday and was left as requested in a shaded place outside as I wasn’t home. The wagyu steaks were perfect and a far greater price than would be found at any restaurant. Would highly recommend.

Really poor quality of all their products. Tomatoes arrived mouldy and olive oil was some cheap substitution. Lamb was chewy as hell. Ended up in the bin. Emailed and never got a reply. Go with Osolocal2u. Amazing quality.

I was cycling with my eight year old son to school their driver came close behind us and continually hooted before shouting at us through his window for cycling two abreast (as required by the highway code). A most unpleasant encounter with this business.

Excellent customer service, prompt and well packaged delivery. The best quality meat I can remember buying. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering all my meat From here in the future (saves carrying it back from the butchers too!)
