All positive from the day I booked an appointment. Peter
offered professional advice on the products when he visited to measure up. Sarah did some excellent drawings to illustrate how the blinds could work. Levi helped me choose the best blinds when I visited the shop, Tracey helped with communications and Neil did an excellent job fitting the blinds and explaining how the handset and app work. Excellent company.

I had Shutters fitted by Dencas last year. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional service from start to finish. I was kept up to date on my order with regular phone calls. The fitter done a excellent job fitting my shutters especially as I live in a older house where none of the walls are straight. He didn't complain just got on with the job. Look fantastic. Would use this company in the future.

Lovely customer service and very helpful. I wanted an automated blind to act as a door for my pet room (helps keep the heat in for my guinea pigs, as I didn’t want a door there). The blind was measured and made to fit the door frame perfectly! Really great if you are looking for unusual sized blinds.

We need a new non-standard size roller blind for one of our bedroom windows, and having had blinds from Dencas before we called in to have a look at their current range. They had a simple manual blind which was very suitable with a good range of colours. They were able to arrange for their surveyor to call to measure within a few days and delivery of a couple of weeks suited us as we are in the middle of redecorating this room. Their staff were friendly and helpful and explained their range well.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Salesman in the shop was very knowledgeable and talked us through all the options of which blind we could have and gave great advice on which would be best for our house based on the information we told him. When the window was measured we made it slightly more complicated due to the fact that we don’t have a window sill at the moment, all of this was taken into account and the blind is going to fit perfectly when the window sill is fitted. Very speedy service from ordering the blind to it being fitted (3 weeks). Slight manufacturing issue with the blind which was noticed by the fitter himself which was resolved straight away by the shop with no questions asked at all. We are made up with our blind and adds the finishing touch to our living room. Special mention to Oliver for being so informative and helpful in the shop and when measuring up for the blind and Neil for his tidy and precise fitting of the blind.

In May 2018, we ordered a roof blind to match an existing blind colour in the same room. When it was fitted it was completely the wrong colour (silver instead of dark grey). Oliver came to see the blind and admitted it was far too light and informed us the colour that matched the existing had been discontinued. Oliver had gone ahead and chose 'a close match' without informing us or giving us the option to choose which other colour we (the customer) would like! After we complained, 3 weeks later Tracy contacted us to say they would not replace the blind but said we could pay for another one!!! We have never received such disgusting service and as a fellow local business owner who would never dream of treating our customers like this, we are truly shocked how they are still in business!
