I started a new job two months ago and I have never used Blocks Online Software before. I found it very user friendly, and I learned everything I needed to know on accounts payable in one week. I have also been processing receipts and matching receipts for the tenants payments, which I have never done before but, found it very easy. I love the fact that you can find step by step instructions online for everything and they are very easy to follow. I have emailed Customer Services twice in the two months I have been working in my new job and they are very polite and friendly and answer your queries very promptly with step by step instructions, in my opinion they go above and beyond for their clients. Keep up the EXCELLENT work, I have enjoyed working with your software so far and will do so for many years to come.

We started using this software about 6 months ago after years of just spreadsheets and a failed attempt at another software.
It was very straightforward to add all the data for all the blocks we manage . It is great having all the information in one place and you can search for blocks and leaseholders very easily.
I deal with the financial side which has been a great time saver and is enabling us to provide our clients with a good set of financial reports at the click of a button.
The credit control module is also really useful for keeping track of arrears, although it would be better to have more customisable letters available. The support team are very helpful with their responses and always respond within 24 hours.
Although we have yet to utilize the full capacity of the software it will certainly enable us to expand our portfolio of properties with confidence that our systems can support the growth.

We've been using Blocks Online now for a few months and so far the experience has been excellent. The implementation process was extremely straight forward, Ram and Javin on the support team are knowledgeable and fast to respond, and also importantly, very friendly.

Like any system, there is always room for improvement but the team seem to take on board suggestions to make the system better for everyone.
