Shame really, but change of days without notice, failure to deliver, non-reply to invoice queries, still charging for milk from September even though I have asked them three times to send me a copy of September's bill as I have evidence that I have paid, and now today without any notice the cost has increased by 24% charged back to last week. Time to cancel!

I have received a letter telling me I owe them money. What a joke. I left over a year ago and the account was cleared. I can't help but think they're trying to skim extra money from people. Impossible trying to reach anyone on the phone which is why I ditched them as I was getting deliveries I didnt want. If I get anymore letters, they'll be hearing from my Solicitor.

Had some issues with wrong deliveries and now they're chasing for £13 when cancelled about 6 months ago. We had correspondence explaining that milk was getting delivered in summer heat at 11pm the day before when we're asleep and by 7am when we were up it was gone off and unusable.

Then they were delivering the wrong type of milk which we said they can take back and so we never used it. This happened more than once.

My experience .. poor service. Following Blunham dairy canvasing our street for new business agreed for milk delivery 2 days per week as a trial. Received milk as expected on the Tuesday but nothing on Friday or have received anything since. After numerous emails advising no milk delivery, there was no curtesy to respond back to my emails. Since cancelled the contract.. and reverted to buying my milk from local supermarket. Annoying as wanted to support local business.. I’ll think again next time.

Not sure if this was the company who Deliverd out of Chatteris and then SOHAM ? or maybe St, Neots. So please forgive me if its not them. But the people we had of this name left a Bill / Statement at the door and we put the #xact Full Ammount of money out for collection late the night before the next delivery, we would hear the driver deliver and empty out the cash. The Next Bill would make out that we had not paid enough last time and we owed them money? I kept all my Bills / Recipes and contacted head office and explained some one was pocketing the cash ? and fudging the Books. They apologised, but then Two Weeks later they thought they thought I wouldn't notice and sent a Humungus Bill as if I hadn't paid all the bills off for weeks. Clearly the delivery driver was on the take or Head office were creaming it off. Clearly hundreds of people could have been affected aswell and just trusted the Bill left on the Doorstep. So if this is not that same company I must apologise ! We then had DAIRY CREST FROM FENSTANTON, who made lots of noise in the mornings and kept messing up the order and changing Delivery Dates and wouldn't cancel our order because we apparently owed them Money?, fortunately my partners Father Worked for them at Fenstanton and SORTED IT OUT and stopped our deliveries. Now we have a new Dairy touting for business at our doorstep ? Mc Queens Dairies.Saddly my wife works at Tescos, so we Won't be taking up Mc Queens offer.

I was happy with products delivered but cutomer service VERY VERY POOR. When I complained to the manager that my bills were incorrect because every weekly bill contained the fee for the prevous week as well as the current fee which was already paid. I rung every week to correct this.So when I complained the manager was SO RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS that I hardly could believed this. No apologies came from him at any point during that converstion. I terminated deliveries from blunham dairy now

I finally canceled with them and closed my account today. I don’t know who is managing the place but it is not running well. The guys who delivering are not switched on! Making too many mistakes. Their delivery trucks are way to loud 1-2 AM in the morning! Milks are left out for hours! Mixing up with delivery dates. Sent them emails about stuff and i was completely ignored! They don’t care!

Having only used them for a short period I'm very disappointed, in the short space of being with them they have changed the date of delivery without letting us know, they have completely missed delivery for a week with no explanation or apology, gave us the wrong milk and then when the wrong milk was left outside for them to collect they only delivered us 1 bottle rather then the 2 and left the empty glass bottles as well, they also have a habit of delivering milk later in the day so you don't have it for the morning and your milk is left outside all day... on top of that they fail to respond to emails or answer the phone or call back after messages.. we've literally cancelled our order and they have still delivered milk to us.. typically the wrong one! I've decided to simply not pay them as that seems to be the only thing that gets their attention. they owe us two bottles of our order milk anyways
