On the 21st of March I had my hair coloured at blushed by Gemma lyons. After 6 days I washed it in a Dove Ph balance gentle shampoo. And a small travel haitlrdryer (as i can't hold an standard one ) so not a high heat i contacted Gemma by messenger asking her to fix it. She then wanted to charge me more ti have it blowdried after she re applies. I asked for the product details and were she purchased the product this was withheld after asking twice. As I didn't want to sit in her chair for another 2 hours to it just fade again when i wash it next time. The reason for charging me extra was for her time. However if it was done properly the first time she wouldn't have to do it again.

I then get sent the shop owners number naiomi so I call. She accused me of washing my hair everyday and it's my fault. Anyone who knows me knows I don't splash out on my hair I dye it my self so I know how box dyes last and this was a special pamper treat as suffering renal failure have fibromyalgia and andoloking spondylitis in my spine and a few other health issue so.leave the house rarly. So this was supposed to be a lovely treat, it did look lovely, nothing like I asked for but thought she know what she doings then back combed the living s@%t out of my hair then spent ages yanking the knots out I did question this method. But I thought I'd trust the process. ... it did look lovely dispite being painful has hell when combing it out.

Jump forward 6 days to today and back to the review I was then told F@#k you don't ever come back to blushed and got hung up on.

I've contacted trading standards and I do have a case so I will be writing to you shortly with a list of solution my advisor has told me to do. And a follow on order to apply to court if I wish to do so if not rectified.

Ladies save yourself some money and headache and go else where.

I had a wax booked in at 11:00am today and I honestly cannot tell you how unbelievably nice Lorna is. I just loved her. She made me feel so so at ease and super comfortable. Never met someone so bloody nice. I would 100% recommend getting a wax done with Lorna 🩷
