Cheap as chips but the other humans looked like those creatures from the jedi bar in star wars. Also the smells of some of them was like stale nutsack. Pot noodles were on offer though! 10 on 10.

Not very friendly customer service, I do wonder if its towards certain shoppers based on my treatment and other reviews. Staff needs training on customer service and how to actually smile, it may help them not look so unapproachable.

On Monday, May 20, 2024, at around 4:50 PM, we experienced extremely bad behavior from one of the staff members. My daughter, who has a disability, dropped a toy on the floor in her excitement. The staff member yelled at us, saying not to leave the toy on the floor, even though it was not our intention to do so. When I tried to discuss the matter, the staff member ran away instead of speaking with us. This is an example of very rude behavior from the BM staff.

The gentleman who served us at the till was super patient and sweet. I was a little panicked when my phone contactless didn't work and he wasn't pushy and was super calm which I really appreciated! He deserves the holiday he's having today and I hope he has a wonderful time
