Had a few questions and was looking for guidance on a board. The guys gave me amazing and super informative advice really fast. When I decided to buy and next wanted to add some fins, we simply had a call, got additional recommendations and was able to add it to the order really easily. Then the board was sent the same day and actually arrived within three days at my home in Germany. All info around how it will work with taxes and so on was perfectly helpful and just overall amazing customer service. Board arrived in perfect condition, not even a single tiny dent in the outer box. And even that wouldn’t have mattered because it was so well packaged inside. Would shop at Boardshop again any time, simply an amazing experience!

Ordered this board in the morning and it was here by the next morning. The packaging was amazing , and it was a trade in board. Their weekly releases feature some really sought after hand picked boards, something for everyone at fantastic prices , great conditions and sometimes even include dec grip and tails pads 10/10 guys thanks Ian ! Well what can I say brilliant service from start to finish. Booked a trade in with my old board I was struggling to use and it wasn't the right board for my skill level and size. Visited the guys on site and Ian was super helpful with the trade in and also helping me pick the right board for myself to go surfing with. From the trade in to purchasing a new board,everything flowed as it should've. If you need a board hit these guys up, because they are surfers themselves and know there stuff.

The judgement of a business is how good they are when things don’t go quite right. I recently ordered some fins and when the arrived they were for a different fin system. This was partly my fault and partly theirs (attention to detail on both sides!). A phone call later and they sorted out the issue straight away and the correct fins arrived the next day via DPD. No quibbles, no fuss, all sorted. ?.

Beautiful surfboard but poor service. After using my surfboard 1x on a soft sandy beach the board already had a crack on the bottom layer of the board. I was told it wasn't a crack but looks like a scratch which is a bit odd as i wouldn't go through the hassle of messaging about a simple scratch. There no fuss no questions asked 30 day return policy certainly is not no fuss and no questioned asked. This also is at your own cost!

Very disappointed. Wishing i bought the board from my local shop who had unfortunately ran out of stock.
