We were looking for some new furniture for our flat and Nicole has been so helpful throughout the whole process. Really professional and she made everything so easy, as if she read our mind! The service included was to a really high standard and felt very personal. Nicole ensured we were happy with her suggestions and gave helpful advise on what would go well with our flat.
The design she came up with in the end was exactly what we had imagined and hoped for.
My partner and I were both so impressed and very fortunate to work together with her on our first flat.

Superb customer service from Alejandra in the Guildford store, who has helped us design layouts and choose furniture for our house renovation. It has been a pleasure to work with Alejandra - her design skills, professionalism and patience whilst guiding us through the many layout, furniture and fabric decisions has been very much appreciated. Nicole from the Guildford branch is amazing! She is always very helpful and she contacted me about an item that I was always very interested in. This personalised service is exactly what I really like and I think the majority of customers we love having a physical store that we can go see the products , get the expert advice and develop these great relationships with the staff. Experience at this branch was okay but made a bit sour as Nicole called us to tell us off because of a misunderstand she had about a quote. When we got there we told them that we had a verbal quote from another branch and asked them to match it, and they still gave us a 200 pound higher quote and asked us to get a quote from the other branch before they could match the quote … which made no sense at all… So naturally, after leaving this branch I immediately called the first one to get me to issue a quote at the price they had promised. Nicole then called us and made it sound like we were trying to pitch the branches against each other. Unnecessary and harassing call in my opinion. Visit the Kingston branch for better treatment.

We have bought a few things from BoConcept Guildford, we love the quality of the items and the ladies are always friendly and welcoming.
We have just purchased a set of bar stools this weekend, we met with Ewa, the design consultant and she was particularly welcoming and took the time to advise on the right height for our kitchen island.
