We ALWAYS have an excellent experience in this shop. The advice from the pharmacy is always helpful, detailed and never rushed - even for the simplest inquiry. Mostly well-stocked and pleasant staff.
However, deducting stars because I made an online return to this shop. Was given a flimsy scrap of handwritten paper from shop assistant, nothing official, as proof of my return and breezily told I'd get the refund soon. It's been beyond the waiting period and I have nothing. Maybe good for in-store shopping but don't return stuff here, staff seem to have no idea how to process orders, or have no connection with Boots online. Boots just told me they have not received any return. Have tried calling this store multiple times, no one will ever pick up. Either way I'm out of pocket and need to go through hassle of finding money! Boots, get your act together!

I love boots and their offers. I highly recommend you get the advantage card for the points it is really worth it . I like this location but a lot of the time shelves are empty and there are no staff there, other times there are 5 people working !!!

I do not recommend Boots Pharmacy in Cirencester. It has taken three visits and a long wait on each occasion to collect a prescription. The processes are obviously broken and therefore need revamping or they will lose customers. The staff are helpful and it is not their fault that the systems are poor. Boots management needs a wake up call.

Sorry but have to be honest and report very poor attitude and service at the dispensary for prescriptions. Often a que and staff members behind the counter know full well people are waiting but go very slowly to ensure people wait longer you can almost feel the contempt from the staff often the younger ones for the people waiting. My advice is go elsewhere say lloyds in Ashcroft Rd if collecting in town, your treated in a polite and courteous way. Im sick of poor service my advice don't put up with it.

Review 2019 - Sorry to say I can't say anything good about this branch of Boots. Poorly informed member staff willing to argue with a customer instead of checking their incorrect product knowledge with a better trained colleague.
Review 2018 - I wish they would get their prescription service better organised. Please send your texts in a timely way. At the moment it's haphazard. This time my text arrived 4 days after I'd picked my prescription up! They often complain of being really busy but I find it hard to be sympathetic. Getting the texts out on time will help make them less busy and reduce queuing.

Friendly and helpful staff. Pharmacy are very good, giving lots of advice. Disabled/wheelchair friendly, has a decent ramp entrance and wide aisles.

The ladies on the no7 counter helped me and my elderly mother with products, they were so lovely with her , she felt completely uplifted by them - great service
