Customer service was excellent however their quality of goods are not. We bought brand new fryer and drinks fridge. The knobs on the fryer fell off within 6 months. They were replaced eventually. However the baskets for the fryer are now falling apart. One of the doors on the fridge has fallen off! We have only had it just over 2 years and it's supposed to be a commercial standard fridge. We contacted them for help and told to pay for a call out charge as well as the cost of fixing/replacing the door.

Very very bad customer service did Even asked to have a seat.
Asked one item over the phone and they said it’s available and it took me one hour to get there on arrival they said they don’t sell separate parts only and simply sorry don’t recommend this place to anyone very disappointed

Would just like to leave a little appreciation review for this company and it’s workers . Not mention all the other good deeds they have done for us, we took our catering trailer into these guys they not only done the work to a very high standard they went the extra mile with little jobs that will make our life a lot easier . So thank you for everything BFM
