I broke a pane in our double glazed back door a few years ago. My partner then broke them same pane. I rang and asked if they had a copy of the previous order, which thankfully the lady found for me. She then reordered the same item for me which was in within about 5 days.
We also had a replacement window put in our garage. It was a bit awkward but everything was dealt with very well and the fitters left the area very clean and tidy.
I’ve found all the staff I have dealt with very helpful and friendly and would highly recommend.

A huge thank you to the team in Borough Green!!

I ordered a replacement glass for my log burner as it is our only source of heat in our house and it came with the wrong sizing.

The team offered to cut it down for me free of charge for the next day! They are honestly amazing! I can’t recommend them enough!

Husband went to get replacement glass for shed, customer service lacking, was very short with hin, then covered a chip in the glass with the receipt, so was not noticed until he got home. Not good service at all.
