I wanted to express my appreciation for Dr. Patel and the team following a recent appointment for my daughter.

After calling at 8 am, we were promptly given a slot at 10 am the same day.

Dr. Patel conducted a thorough examination and interacted with my daughter in a caring and attentive manner.

The level of service we experienced was exceptional, reminding me of the patient care standards from 10 to 15 years ago - a rare find these days.

Avoid at all costs if you have a baby. This medical practice sends you to the pharmacy instead of dealing with the cases. I ended up in A&E for my baby for a case they sent me to deal with the pharmacist.

Great service the new on line process (well new to me) works very efficiently. I wonder why we ever put up with ‘you are number 20 in the Q’ and waited and waited. This new system is great and fits in with a busy home/working lifestyle and must help support an early intervention approach to healthcare that must be better. Previously I am sure I and others would just give up or go to A&E. The Doctor I spoke to on the phone was really kind and helpful. Can’t fault the Practice and their support.

I rang up on the 25th march in a cue to then get picked up and then put down to then ring back up to be put back in a cue for 45 min to then speak to someone one to say is it urgent. What I’m moaning about is people putting the phone down after waiting for them to answer. I get it they are trying to help Triage their patience but this isn’t the first time this has happened so I get their today for my appointment and got moaned at that I’m 20 mins early but if I was two or three mins late I’d have missed my appointment. It’s done now hopefully they can brush up on customer services.

Rang doctors to get appointment to see Dr dyer. Was told that I can have a call back and then he will decide if he needs to see you!! Ok i will have a call back! Yes he can call you Thursday morning ! It's Monday now. So you have to wait that long for a call back. DISGUSTING. Oh well just suffer til then I suppose and hopefully I can get an appointment!!

Absolutely shameful... being told after being on hold for over an hour to take my daughter to a chemist to get some spray when she has been in agony all night with chest pain and fever. You call your self doctors!! I wouldn't tolerate this from the Vet towards our dogs, never mind a doctor towards my child!! Get a grip and start to serve your patients as you should. Stop all this nonsense about not seeing patients face to face!! You're paid good money, so start to do a good job!!
