Our experience with the bigger dealerships was awful, low quality stock, constant pressure to buy, extra add-ons and warranties. Only thing that interested them was a sale on their terms.

We came across Bourne End Motor Company. OMG what a different experience we had with Nick and Tim! The firm is family run, really high quality, low mileage stock. No pressure sales.

We had an issue with the radio system shortly after purchase not the companies fault and not the sort of thing covered by warranty. Boy am I glad we bought from Bourne End Motor Company. They bent over backwards to help use resolve the issue , even chipping in with the costs of fixing the problem when they didn't have to.

So, with my old car starting to die a painful death, I was filled with dread at the thought of visiting endless car showrooms and wasting my time with pushy salesmen who are way more interested in their sales commission than finding a car that met my needs. Nick and Tim are such a breath of fresh air and provide a totally different experience. These guys are "old school" and seem to have a focus on you buying rather than them selling. They listened to what was important to me and then, rather than push something that they had already in the showroom, they looked out for something suitable for me. It took about 3 weeks but now I have the car that I really wanted - rather than a compromise - and at a vey competitve price! This was a totally seamless and entirely painless experience - including advice on how to scrap my old car - and then helping me through the process. Maybe odd to say it, but I would happily return to Bourne End Motor Company whenever I need another car. These guys were just amazing!
