Sent here from another B&Q branch as the original branch didn't have the item (timber in stock) assured us that the Altrincham store had it available.

Unfortunately on arrival couldn't find the items on the shelf despite the website showing 16 in stock, staff member told us they were in overstocks and couldn't be brought down while the store was open. Another rather aggressive colleague waded in and shouted they wouldn't be getting them down for us.

Strange that other B&Q stores are able to bring overstocks down. Won't be returning.
