Visited B & Q this morning, I needed help with some heavy bags, Dave and James were amazing, they even fetched me a trolley, loaded it and into my car. Pleasant, friendly and professional. Thank you!

I went there as I was looking for a hose and reel. Normally, I would expect them to be very affordable. They weren't you can buy cheaper at local garden centres.

They never have what you actually go in for. Ordered and paid for 1hr click and collect today for them unable to find ¼ of my items. The reason I was given, probably pick-pockets. The only option I was given was a refund, which will usually take 2-5 business days. Now I have to fork out more money somewhere else to get the items needed. Waste of time... again.

If you need to do a bit of DIY this is the shop to go to. Also, has a nice range of Christmas decorations and reasonably priced furniture. I'm heading there today to buy some nice sun loungers and bbq bricks.

Massive DIY store with probably everything you need and a few things you don’t too. Staff are always helpful and selection of goods is great. Good value too. Large car park, but also two minutes walk from Crewe station.

Went in for something very specific and young Lad Called Pete, probably the best customer service I've encountered in over 25 years Retail management experience!

All the staff here are superb but Petes assistance today stood out as Exceptional.
