Easy process right from first walking into store for design to installation. Thanks to Katheryn for your help and advice with the design and for keeping us updated on the process and answering our questions. Thanks to John for installation, it looks great.

Purchased several bags of various compost which were loaded and taken to the till by Lee. My young granddaughter misplaced her headband so Lee, without hesitation, went back to look for it while I paid. Nothing was too much trouble even though he was already busy. He loaded my car and was very helpful, service with a smile. Thankyou very much Lee.

Ordered 2 tins of fence paint on line to click and collect and paid for.
Went l arrived the next day to pick up the order it was not ready. When I placed the order it said it would be ready for collection in one hour. But l went the next day and was not ready.
I was disappointed because there was only one tin available not two as ordered and paid for and it stated online three
available.
I had a 30 mile round trip and had to wait till staff found the item.
I was very disappointed and confused l would of expected B&Q to keep their website updated

Visited on Saturday 6th April at approx 1pm. Paul on the gardening section offered help with choosing line for our Strimmer. He was amazing and we learnt more in 10 minutes than reading the instruction manual 10 times over. He was friendly and we didn't feel rushed. All the tips he gave us worked a treat and we got the job done. Please pass on our thanks to him. Every store needs a Paul.

Needed help to match paint to wallpaper. I spoke with Susie who couldn't have been more helpful if she tried. She wanted to know colours of furnishings, size of room and proceeded to find colours that would match everything. When I had chosen she advised I took the cards or sample pots home and see if I felt as happy with the chosen colours in the correct setting. Absolutely perfect, she is certainly an asset to the company. I will advise all family and friends to seek her out when they need advice. We love our completed room . Many many thanks Susie

Always get what we need from B&Q Helpful staff on hand to assist if you need it. The app is really good too as it tells you which aisle the item is in, so you not looking all over the store. Click and collect is also a very good service.

Very little in the way of kitchen or bathroom displays.
Plants sickly and over priced.
The whole store just felt like it needed updating from the lighting on offer to the wallpaper.
Good selection of tools and some DIY products, but not as good as other B&Q stores we've seen.
