I’m doing up my house up and appear to spend most of my time at B&Q Swindon. This is a shout out for the best customer service I’ve received in sometime, especially to Ben in flooring and everywhere else he pops up, who is amazing, a real super star and also to the team at TradePoint . Today Michelle and Marion in the Paint Department in Swindon gave probably the best customer service I've ever had! EVER. With good humour and tenacity they found a colour match. In the end, the old fashioned way of comparing colour charts. Thank you ladies you were AMAZING! Much appreciated!

Had to return some door handles as they were a bad design and impossible to fit. One of the managers LIAM listened to the problem and quickly sorted the problem. Great customer service.

Went with a complete remodel of our bathroom with B&Q as the main contractor - what a mistake! The first installer seemed to knock 10 bells out of the bathroom and even managed to create a gaping hole between the bathroom and the next room (not even repaired!). Tackled boiler work that they weren't even gas certified for.

B&Q to their credit did arrange for a new install team and new bathroom products to replace the damage, faulty items.

But if there was a no stars rating... B&Q might be OK, but their installation teams are poorly qualified and B&Q don't seem to take any responsibility for the mess thats created. I fully expect B&Q are still using this company - says it all!!

Gotta say the staff here are excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Michelle on the paint mixing desk went the extra mile to help me source a colour that was hard to track down and was really patient. Thanks all, I really appreciated great customer service when I was a bit stretched!!! 😁😉

I had a great visit in store today. Liam is Flooring Manager and though he must have been busy when I stopped him he helped me find the flooring I needed, he listened to me and I was grateful for that. Excellent customer service, thank you.
