Poor choice of purchase options compared to my son's school.
As a separated parent I don't want to only have the option to have the photos sent to the school. There should be an option to have them posted to my address.

I have been ordering may children's photos for many years now and they always look amazing. Whenever I needed help with anything; there was always support available. They even made adjustment to school photos which was a great relief to save us from a meltdown of my little one when she felt sad about her photo. We are very grateful for all your support throughout the past 10 years.

Disappointing experience with this company. They are forced into us each year, as parents, with no other option to have proper pictures taken by someone else.
The photographers are careless regarding how the kids look like, hair everywhere, food on their face...but teaching them new poses like the one shown by metal music lovers (to a 6 years old!).
If you miss the school photos, tough life, you missed it for good, as no one bothers returning.
They wouldn't bother either pressing more than once on the button to take more than one picture per child, so, again, tough life if you child wasn't even close to the angel faced kid you hoped.
The reason I gave 2 stars is because the quality of the picture, as in, the quality of the paper. It lasts. Though it should really be expected, considering how expensive they are.
So good luck in having good poses on the day, to have nice pictures and memories from your children of school age! You really need it!

Son’s birthday on photo day. Photographer made him remove his birthday badge (which I had given permission to wear) didn’t ask to sort collar out. One side in, one side out. Poor picture. Prices are very high £19 for a digital image. Pay £29 for a pack of varying sizes with no mounts. I would not recommend this company yet they have the monopoly for our school photos.

The worst company ever! My children don't really get phased by much but they have specifically expressed that the ladies taking photos were rude to them. No consideration at all for the children. No respect for them or the parents who would love to buy a nice photo of their children. I have not been buying the photos every year because they have been horrid.

Purchased anyway as I like to have a copy of their class photo. But would have liked a picture of just the class and mounted. There is no choice other then to buy the package and you can't get a clear image of what you are buying as it goes blurry when zooming in.

The photos are decent and as we have done this for all children, we feel we have to continue to buy these, but the cost is outrageous. Paying £16 for a photo you could snap yourself on a mobile seems crazy but despite this cash cow of theirs, they still charge £4 P&P…. It’s a wafer thin photograph they post, not a life size mannequin……
If it wasn’t for the white background and tradition, I’d steer clear.

Disappointed to receive my child's school photo. I don't understand why the photographer couldn't take more than 1 photo and give parents choice of 2 images. In the image my child looks terrified, it was probably so rushed and clearly nobody cared to take a proper school photo. I had to buy the photos and spend money on the poor quality otherwise my child would be upset. Your service needs improving, at the end of the day you're taking photos for future memories of the children and families so the least you could do is care a bit more.
