AWFUL customer service, received DAMAGED GOODS and they would not do anything to help us. We ended up having to buy another 3 boxes at our own cost, which with VAT and delivery, was over £130. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. We had no choice as we had to finish the job. Three boxes that they sent us were cracked to pieces. We tried calling them but because it was BH weekend, no one answered. When we finally spoke to them they said we were outside of the 7 days and they could not help us! They said we should have emailed instead! This is a good product, we have used them before but never again due to the way they have literally ripped us off. They also mocked us by sending us 15 replacement brick slips AFTER the job was complete which was not funny. Dreadful behaviour. BE WARNED!!

Delivery on time. All goods in perfect condition and as ordered. Very nice and professional service. Advice and help in every matter. Very affordable prices and very good quality products. I highly recommend.

Brick slips themselves look great but 17 arrived broken. Tried to get replacements but they accused me of breaking them and offered me £22. I still had to place another order to get the 17 I needed. Terrible customer service and will in turn cost them more money as I will be submitting a money claim for my money back.

Absolutely shocking company. I called to ask about delivery before placing the order and was told it would be no less than 10 working days and that I would be notified by phone the day before to arrange a delivery slot. Items were delivered 5 working days later without notification, forcing me to leave what I was doing and rush home and ensure the delivery was not stolen off the driveway. After ringing customer services they acknowledged the error but refused a delivery refund. Avoid!!!

Bought quite a bit from this company over the last few months, had to change orders, add quantities and so on. Additional items and deliveries have always been spot on. The carriers used by them are great, really friendly drivers and mates.. customer service is spot on can't fault them...

Order arrived later than stated, the delivery driver ran over a box with the forktruck he was driving, didn't tell us (Granted not Brick Slips fault, but at £54 delivery you don't expect this to happen) emailed them to which initial reply was sorry this has happened, said I would check the order. later replied with the amount damaged (6 smashed in box, spacers bag was open and 15 slips (half a box missing) along with the smashed box. There first solution was to send 6 slips and spacers but ignore I had said there was half a box missing and another ran over. They don't sign off with a name (just 'The Brick Slips Team') so I can only assume I dealt with several people, this particular person chose to say I had not once stated there was a box and half missing from the order (I reminded them that every email had stated this, but also there was CCTV evidence that it had happened, they wouldn't look back through old emails so had to send them all the info again). They did eventually send what was missing, so it appears I've been more lucky than others on here. Poor Poor after-sales service, avoid if you can!

DO NOT USE! AMATUERS! DO NOT USE!
The courier company Brick Slips uses didn't know how to get to my property. He called me and I recommended he search for a street (which is off mine) as it's a new build. The driver was very frustrated and was lost. As I'm new to the area, I couldn't help anymore than what I said and a text with the road name to search for. I'm not sure that I was even expected to as the recipient of the goods. This ought to have been planned by the courier.
The driver eventually arrived.
He left the pallet on the driveway and rang the doorbell.
He was incredibly rude and unhelpful.
Brick Slip maintain that the courier will only deliver kerbside. But were fine with the driver entering my garage to collect an advice note without consent.
He could have stolen my goods.
I complained to Brick Slips who merely copied me into an email with the courier company. It said the driver wasn't one they usually use and felt there was a mis-communication. No apology from the courier in its email.
I asked Catherine how Brick Slips deal with complaints and its investigation. Catherine said that was it and apologised.
Brick Slips do not have a complaints process so be aware and do not use if possible. There are lots of other companies out there.
In light of the service it didn't provide, I asked to return the items. It said it would charge me for doing this. They trap you when they've treated you unfairly and unreasonably.
Really poor service, Brick Slips do not care about its customers, and no complaints process so nowhere to go.
I work in complaints so fully aware of firms should deal with its customers. This firm doesn't even deserve one star as it doesn't care about its customers.
My final words - DO NOT USE!!!
