Alex Crawley set up our account and is our account manager. He is brilliant, anything we need is just a phone call/email away. He answers all our questions (if we have any) quickly. Cannot speak highly enough of this team!, Our account manager, Chris, is on hand at any time with quick and helpful responses to any need or question I have via email or call. I use Bridgeway for the import/export side to a busy Farming machinery dealership for our spare parts department, from jiffy envelopes to heavy boxes. The online portal is simple to use and we had a quick informal training call on this with Chris. Not to mention the fact they're considerably cheaper than our previous courier provider! also, the invoices are clear with no surprise fuel or transaction fees!
