I got the titan arm a few months ago and I love it, the only concern I had was that it would sometimes loosen at the base end and tip over lol so I decided to get the anti twist quick release system for the 1/4 and 3/8 ends. It was a bit challenging at first and I had to email their support staff. Within a day I received a call from Robert from the bright tangerine support team. He was super helpful and ready to walk me through the process of heating up the ends to loosen the loctite and help me attach the quick release system. Once we went over the steps I felt comfortable doing it myself and he assured me he would be happy to help if I was unsure about anything else during the process. Thank you Robert for your excellent service and thank you bright tangerine for this amazing titan arm, thing is a beast lol 🤗🙌

When working as a DP within the film industry you are always seeking brands that produce high quality well designed tools that you can trust.
