This is the best company in Bristol when it's comes to glass.
During this process, I never felt rushed and had no pressure to make any decision. It was explained to me with patience, and all my questions were answered, and trust me, I had a few questions:)
I've called the office and a very nice lady answered me and directed me to the right person.
After that, I had the pleasure to meet Roger, who came over and took some measurements and discussed all the details. He advised me and gave me all the options. I have to thank Dylan, who helped me with the template and measurements, such a wonderful guy.
All experience was excellent and very smooth, with no hidden costs and all the support needed.
I'm very happy with my glass balustrade on the stairs.
Definitely recommend Bristol Glass Processing.

Very helpful staff, first time I have fitted a glass balustrade and their help was invaluable. Tips on measuring and fitting, and they lent me the tools to do the job. The result is great. Nice people. Easy to communicate with.

Needed glass to fit to some steel frame along the edge of my decking (7 panels approx. 7.5m long and 1m high in total). They advised me of the most accurate way to measure the panels (they were all a little different), cut the glass perfectly, lent me the tools to fit it and gave me some very useful tips. Really nice people and easy to communicate with.

Professional, Honest, Trustworthy and Tidy. These are just some of the words we would use to describe Roger, Dylan and team. What an absolute delight! This no nonsense crew don't mess you around are true to their word deliver a high quality service and we are quite simply taking them with us to our new home. Had some handleless glass balustrades fitted in our garden and would not hesitate to use or recommend them to anyone. Just to leave you with three more words... authentic, genuine and kind! Ordered a shower screen from these guys and needed some advise, excellent knowledge and only to pleased to share their excellent understanding of glass and how and what you can achieve with it.
Totally happy with the result and know off to order a made to measure mirror to finish the bathroom from them. PS they were very reasonable and fast turn around too.

100% Recomend this company.
