We live here for half a year and our experience is extremely positive. Very friendly staff, the areas are clean and safe. The maintenance come the very same day. The Internet is super fast. We’re a couple working from home so we’re kinda 24/7 indoors and our bills are around 160-180£ which I find okay since everything is included and the heating is on all the time in a pretty spacious apartment. A huge plus is an on-site gym and we really like the events that are organized here every now and then. Highly recommended!

The booking is and the people arrange the booking are completely irresponsible, irrespective to others!
The booking that was done to house 5 people and infants < 1 year, and they have been informed about since the day of booking. They call me later on, to let me know that the I should change my booking to additional bed, because it doesn’t suit 5 people, apart from that, I booked with a balcony they changed my booking without balcony saying that they don’t have any availability but on the booking they provide. Complete nonsense!

Avoid this building at all costs.
We moved in in October and a week after moving in we found a leak coming through the floor, 2 months later we have mould in our bedroom, a foul damp smell and the leak has not been fixed. After multiple trips from maintenance we are now being ignored.

Maintenance and concierge team don’t reply to emails and are a nightmare to get hold of. Claims to be a luxury apartment and is so so overpriced for what you get and service. We will be moving as soon as possible.

We had a fantastic time at Broadside as the mobile coffee shop and bar for their fab Christmas Event for residents. Communication with Zvi was perfect throughout, all the staff and residents were fantastic and it made us want to move to the City Centre! Looking forward to further collaborations!

From the moment we began our move-in process, we were met with efficiency and warmth by Zvi, who showed us the apartment, building amenities and guided us through the rental process. The management team was incredibly organized, providing us with clear Resident's guide and Broadside highlights. On move-in day, we were greeted by friendly faces, all eager to help us settle into my new home.

We couldn’t have asked for a better move-in experience. It’s clear that the staff values resident satisfaction and works hard to provide an exceptional living environment. We're excited to start this new chapter on our life, and we're grateful to have had such a smooth beginning. Highly recommended!

I recently completed a one-year stay at Broadside, and I am beyond impressed with the incredible team that made my experience memorable.

From the friendly leasing office staff to the efficient maintenance team, every interaction was positive and professional. The entire concierge team, of Monika, Precious, Jon and I'm forgetting the name of the other bloke (sorry), were also part reason why I extended by contract by 6 more months. They were just amazing at their work and exceptionally good with people. The management team of Jenna and Zvi were quite professional and helpful in every manner.

The amenities, social events, convenience, and location in the city were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere made Broadside feel like home.

Thank you to the entire team for making my stay truly amazing. I highly recommend Broadside to anyone looking for a fantastic place to live!

I’ve lived here for 2.5+ years. The facilities are great. Very friendly and awesome staff! Shout out to Monica and Blessing! I am giving only 4 stars because of Community Utilities. As a tenant, there is no option to switch to a cheaper energy provider. And Community Utilities isn’t even an energy provider but a broker if I understand it correctly. So complicated. But other than that, I have enjoyed my stay at Broadside. So convenient and the community is lovely. If you do live here, join in the WhatsApp tenants app to keep up to date on what’s happening.

I’ve recently moved in to Broadside and so far it’s been amazing. The service from the team has been incredible from booking to view the apartment to moving my belongings in.

Zvi was very accommodating by always being available for viewings at times that suited me and showing me multiple available apartments so I could see what was best for me. The whole concierge team is really friendly and are always happy to answer any questions. They were also really helpful when I was moving in which made the whole process really easy.

In my short time being here there has been several events on which have been really fun. I’m looking forward to the summer to see what other events will be announced!
