Sells a huge range of produce. You could do your weekly shop here if needed. A big range of cook products and ready meals which I have found find are great for the elderly with not much else nearby. Great to stop for lunch has a hot selection for pasty etc. good value. Friendly staff. Parking round the back. I don’t use for fuel due to having a card for somewhere else but seems well used.

Given that this Budgens is 'just' a mini supermarket attached to a petrol station forecourt I think it should be commended.

Firstly the young staff have always been unfailingly polite, and that can't be easy when dealing with harassed parents fried after a day at Paulton's Park.

But also because there is a surprisingly large range of fresh produce; like many (all?) Budgens stores this is often local too. There are Cook ready meals (love these and to have a mostly full selection til late is awesome) and holiday staples. Were local but have stopped here to buy a bucket and spade on the way to the beach, ice creams when heading home, dinner when too tired to cook.
