Excellent supplier. Deliveries are quick and on time as promised, good quality bespoke boxes at reasonable prices. Emma, the Sales Manager is really helpful and will go out of her way to ensure customer satisfaction and sort out any issues immediately. Highly recommended.

Don't rely on their quoted delivery dates!

We were promised a delivery date. They were a day late delivering and we were charged an additional £50 express delivery to absorb their delay.

On top of this the case material quoted was not the case material delivered.

Budget means budget. Budget service, budget product and budget after sales.

To be honest, there are better case companies.

Avoid this company like the plague! They will quote you a price knowing full well the shipping details then at the last critical minutes demand more money. Goods are never picked up on time or never delivered as agreed. Had to personally go and pick up shipment and never got any credit because of unwillingness to deliver as as agreed upon. Like everyone else in the UK they are aloof and poor communicators. They hate the phone.
